What Your First Visit Actually Looks Like

We know walking through a new door can feel daunting. So here's exactly what happens — no surprises.

You arrive and one of the team will be there to greet you. They'll make you a cup of tea, show you around, and introduce you to a couple of people. There's no forms to fill in. No sitting in a circle talking about your feelings. No assessments.

You can join in with whatever's happening that day — or just sit and have a chat. Most people say they felt at home within the first 10 minutes. Just bring yourself. We'll sort the rest.
